Lisa Seal

My name is Lisa Seal. I live in Middletown with my husband, Mike, and my two daughters, Alyssa and Jenna. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Delaware Technical and Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Ashford University. I began working with children in high school. I spent eight years working in a child care center before changing careers to banking for eight years. I returned to working with children when Jenna was getting ready for Kindergarten. I taught at a Christian Preschool for six years where I taught 3 year olds for 5 years and four year olds for one year. I then moved on to middle school for a year, and realized that my calling is to be involved with shaping the minds of our young learners. Working with children is so exciting. Everyday offers something new and different. My goal is to provide an environment where every child experiences love, and is able to become socially and academically ready to be a successful student for life. I will now be in role where I can guide the teachers to help develop each child to their fullest potential. I believe that a strong and positive relationship between the teachers, parents, and administration is extremely important in providing children with the best possible environment.
